  • How do I order online?

To order from the Size Beautiful Emporium website, just click on the item you want to buy, select the size and colour you’re after, and click “Add to My Bag". You can continue adding items to your bag and when done, click on “My Bag" in the top right hand corner to check out. You will need your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) details or a Paypal account or select Afterpay to finalise your order, as well as your delivery address. 
  • Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the order has gone through the checkout process then we cannot exchange or return the product until you receive it. Once you have received it please follow the returns & exchange process see under Returns & Exchanges to return to us if you have ordered the incorrect item and we will swap over or credit for you.

  • What if an item is no longer available for purchase online?

Because our popular items sell out quickly, if you see something you love, we would suggest you order it without delay!


  • How can I pay for my order?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal. Your card will be debited at the time of despatch, and the transaction will appear on your statement as Size Beautiful Emporium. You can also make payments through Afterpay and Zip Pay. 


  • What currency am I charged in?

You are charged in AUD when shopping on our website. For goods to be shipped internationally, prices do not include relevant overseas custom duties and/or other taxes that you may incur. However an approximation of shipping costs are given at the time of check-out by selecting your country flag in the shipping destination field.
All purchases are charged in Australian dollars. Please check with your local customs office for further information regarding any importation requirements or considerations. 



When making a purchase you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. When you redeeming your gift card, the checkout will display one of two options:

  • If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can complete your order.

  • If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing your order.



  • How do I redeem a promo or voucher code online?

  1. Add items to your bag

  2. At the checkout click on the box that states "Discount"

  3. Enter your rewards or promo code

  4. Hit Apply

Your code should now be applied to your basket. If not: 1. Double check you’ve entered it correctly 2. Make sure you’ve met the minimum spend requirements 3. Check the expiry date to ensure it’s still validIf all else fails, emails us

  • How much does delivery cost?

Size Beautiful Emporium charge a flat rate of AUD $9.95 for any purchase to be shipped within Australia via standard delivery. New Zealand and Worldwide vary according to weight.


  • Which courier company do you use?

We use Australia Post, Sendle and DHL.  


  • I can’t find the option to Click & Collect?

As we are an online store only you can use Click & Collect service via Parcel point from one of their convenient locations. 


  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to Covid all deliveries are being delayed due to Australia post and we are unable to guarantee express post timings. 

Australian orders should be delivered delivered within 2-3 business days. WA and NT can expect up to 10 for standard delivery and 1-2 business days for Express.New Zealand orders should be delivered within 3 business days as we use DHL. On rare occasions the customs agency may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure. 


  • How come I have only received one of the items I ordered online?

    When will my four Afterpay instalments need to be paid?If you are a first time Afterpay customer, or have yet to complete a full payment cycle with Afterpay, your first payment will be taken at the time of your order transaction with the remaining three payments deducted by Afterpay from your nominated credit or debit card each fortnight over the following 6 weeks. The funds for the first payment must therefore be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout.Once you have completed your first full payment cycle with Afterpay, the initial payment for any future purchases you pay for using Afterpay will be debited 14 days after the transaction, where the total transaction value is less than $500. If the purchase value is equal to or exceeds $500, the first instalment must be paid at the time of the transaction occurring.The payment relationship is between you and Afterpay, and at any time you can log into your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you wish.     What information or communications will I receive direct from Afterpay?Similar to Size Beautiful Emporium Fashion’s transactional emails for orders, Afterpay will also send emails to you automatically once you have successfully created your Afterpay account.How will I know when I need to pay my further three instalments?Upon placing an order with Size Beautiful Emporium Fashion using Afterpay as your payment method, you will be sent an email from Afterpay showing your payment schedule. You will also be notified prior to each payment being due.How will I know which products can be purchased using Afterpay?On product pages on Size Beautiful Emporium Fashion website, you will see the Afterpay logo and instalment amount detailed under the purchase price.
