Online Order Delays - Up to 10 business days
Due to the impact of COVID-19 we are experiencing significant delays.
If you are ordering online please be aware of the following. Due to an increase in online orders and the requirement to implement social distancing protocols in our warehouse, we are unfortunately experiencing significant delays in the processing of orders.
Our delivery partner, Australia Post is also experiencing delays due to the unprecedented demand for online shopping. As a result, your order may arrive later than expected and your tracking information may not be scanned and updated in their system, even when your order is on its way.
Please note that your order was successful and we will let you know when it has been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a text or email from Australia Post advising you when your parcel will be delivered, this usually occurs on the day of delivery.
Please bear with us while we adapt to changes in our process as a result of COVID-19.
VICTORIA UPDATE FROM AUSTRALIA POST AUGUST 2020
Over the last three weeks, Australia Post has experienced a significant increase in demand as Victorians have increased their online buying due to stage 4 lockdowns. So much so, that our parcel volumes in Victoria for August are up approximately 150% year-on-year compared to the national average of 90%.
At the same time, our business has been required to make additional adjustments in our processing and deliveries workforce to comply with the State Government's COVID safe restrictions.
From the very start of the pandemic, we have been clear that our strategy has been to protect our people, serve our customers and safeguard the business.
Safety of our people is not-negotiable and the current situation in Victoria, with massive volumes and severe congestion in our network, has us at a point of concern for the safety of our workforce.
To make sure we can still safely deliver for your customers, the following changes are immediately necessary:
No Weekend Collections in Victoria
There will be no collections in Victoria this weekend – the last pickup for the week will be Friday 28 August 2020 by 8pm and the next collection will be Monday 31 August 2020 commencing from 5am.
Victoria destined Parcels
With the massive demand and workforce capacity constraints, we foresee an additional 3 day delay for deliveries in Victoria. This is both within and into Victoria.
At present our supplier in Melbourne is experiencing significant delays so orders are taking 3 weeks to despatch. If you have placed a previous order and are unable to wait please contact us. We apologise for this inconvenience.
Where do we deliver to?

What transport carrier do we use to delivery your parcels ?
We are using combination of Australia Post and Sendle and DHL for all deliveries. Or at the checkout you can select parcel point and have it delivered to a convenient location for you.
How much do we charge for delivery?
Flat Rate Standard Delivery $9.95. Delivered within 3-5 business days. WA and NT can expect up to 10 working days.
Express shipping is done for WA & NT & SA. Delivered within 3-5 business days and WA and NT 3 working days. * Please note due to Covid Australia post is experiencing extended delays.
We run Free Delivery promotions from time to time.

We offer free delivery on transactions over $200 for all overseas customers not including New Zealand.
How do I track my order?
If your order has been sent via Australia Post. Once your item is Shipped we will send you an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can then use this number to track your parcel through the Australia Post website.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to confirm your order status has been marked as "Shipped."
If your order has been sent via DHL. Once your item is Shipped we will send you an email with your DHL tracking number. You can then use this number to track your parcel through the DHL website.
I received 2 separate parcels for my order ?
As we partner with different brands your items may be delivered in multiple separate parcels. But don’t worry you will only be charged once for shipping.
What happens if you are not home at the time of your parcel arriving?
Australia Post: Please note you will be emailed an alert advising you of a delivery day. If you are not home a card will be left for you to collect your package from your local post office.
How does it work with Click & Collect via Parcel Point?
With over 1500 stores in Australia located at the most convenient location collection points in your local neighbourhood where you can collect your parcels 7 days a week.

Once the Order Been Finalised At The Checkout
Once the order has gone through the checkout process then we cannot exchange or return the product until you receive it. Once you have received it please follow the returns & exchange process see under Returns & Exchanges to return to us if you have ordered the incorrect item and we will swap over or credit for you.
My order never arrived?
Check the AusPost website or the DHL website using the tracking number sent. If you cannot locate the email or have deleted it then email us and we will be happy to check on the status for you.
Received the wrong product?
