At Size Beautiful Emporium we have made shipping of your products to you easy and reliable . Our promise to ensure that we keep the freight charges at a minimum cost.

We have been notified that Australia Post has been impacted by a COVID-19 shutdown and will be putting a pause on standard shipping from Friday October 1st - Wednesday October 6th.

Be assured if you order between the 1st-6th October, we will still be picking and packing your order as normal, but Australia Post will not be collecting parcels during this time.


All Parcel Post collections from customers and merchants in NSW, ACT and VIC will be paused from 7am Saturday 4 September until 7am Tuesday 7 September.

As you know, across the country we are all managing the sustained challenges of the COVID pandemic. With two of our largest States and some 15 million people in lockdown, the fluctuations in customer online shopping have significantly increased.

We are also dealing with the impacts of the Delta strain and in any given day, we have close to 500 people out of our workforce as they follow necessary self-isolation and testing before clearance back to work.

This is putting increased pressure on our network like nothing we have experienced before, as we manage staff shortages, temporary facility closures, and parcel volumes as high as Christmas peak period.

To help us clear excess parcel volumes in NSW, ACT and VIC due to these impacts, we will be suspending customer collections in these areas.

All Parcel Post collections from customers and merchants in NSW, ACT and VIC will be paused from 7am Saturday 4 September until 7am Tuesday 7 September.

The safety of our people is our highest priority and this temporary measure will allow us to responsibly clear record volumes in parts of our network.


With the recent Sydney lockdown commencement from the 26th June 2021and ongoing until Further Notice from the NSW State Govt. Due to COVID 19 and the current lockdown in Sydney  this has impacted our supply chains, local business partners and warehouse dispatch facilities. With our warehouse locations and supply chains being situated within the 8 LGA govt lockdown areas where there are extra restrictions in place. We have added extra freight collection points but this has added extra time to our deliveries in between warehouse locations. Our delivery times are a guide and are dependent on when our freight is collected we cannot control our freight partners who are also overloaded and impacted by the current lockdown. If your parcel is urgent or you are concerned about your delivery and have not received a tracking number or email notification from us then please feel free to reach out on email to or simply through the contact form on our online store. We will get back to you with a reply as soon as we can.


There is a significant delay on all RTM .RTM are made in Australia but due to over demand for local made goods manufacturing of products has been significantly slowed down due to this break and COVID 19. Also There has been significant delays in receiving fabrics into Australia due to Sydney wharf delays impacted by less vessels coming in from overseas and are slower  release of containers due to COVID 19 impact and the main prority is to keep  keep workers safe from any outbreak of COVID 19 .


    At present our supplier is experiencing significant delays so orders are taking  3-4  weeks to despatch. If you have placed a previous order and are unable to wait please contact us. We apologise for this inconvenience.

    New Zealand Orders

    There have been a number of suspended services due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19 and the situation is evolving daily. To ensure that you are able to lodge your international product in to Australia Post's delivery network, we encourage you to lodge on the same day that you purchase your postage to avoid any inconvenience due to further suspension of international services.

    What transport carrier do we use to delivery your parcels ?

    We are using combination of Australia Post and Sendle and DHL for all deliveries. Or at the checkout you can select parcel point and have it delivered to a convenient location for you.


    How much do we charge for delivery?


    Flat Rate Standard Delivery $9.95. Delivered within 3-5 business days. WA and NT can expect up to 10 working days. 

    Express shipping is done for WA & NT & SA. Delivered within 3-5 business days and WA and NT 3 working days.  * Please note due to Covid Australia post is experiencing extended delays. 

    We run Free Delivery promotions from time to time. for information. Should your purchase be urgent please contact us so we can prioritise it for you and or send it express.

    We do not offer Saturday delivery. 

    New Zealand

    Sent Via DHL or Australia Post or Sendle

    Standard delivery $14.95. Delivered within 10 business days.

    500g - 1.5kg is $23.95 

    International excluding New Zealand

    Standard delivery $19.95. Delivered within 10 business days.

    We offer free delivery on transactions over $200 for all overseas customers not including New Zealand.


    How do I track my order?

    Australia Post

    If your order has been sent via Australia Post. Once your item is Shipped we will send you an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can then use this number to track your parcel through the Australia Post website.

    Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to confirm your order status has been marked as "Shipped."


    If your order has been sent via DHL. Once your item is Shipped we will send you an email with your DHL tracking number. You can then use this number to track your parcel through the DHL website.


    I received 2 separate parcels for my order ?

    As we partner with different brands your items may be delivered in multiple separate parcels. But don’t worry you will only be charged once for shipping.


    What happens if you are not home at the time of your parcel arriving?

    Australia Post: Please note you will be emailed an alert advising you of a delivery day. If you are not home a card will be left for you to collect your package from your local post office.


    How does it work with Click & Collect via Parcel Point?

    With over 1500 stores in Australia located at the most convenient location collection points in your local neighbourhood where you can collect your parcels 7 days a week.

    Parcel point can be selected at the checkout.


    Once the Order Been Finalised At The Checkout

    Once the order has gone through the checkout process then we cannot exchange or return the product until you receive it. Once you have received it please follow the returns & exchange process see under Returns & Exchanges to return to us if you have ordered the incorrect item and we will swap over or credit for you.


    My order never arrived?

    Check the AusPost website or the DHL website using the tracking number sent. If you cannot locate the email or have deleted it then email us and we will be happy to check on the status for you.
